Well, it’s official! Gamagora Geekhouse has a home again and we will be open next month. Our new building is on 3rd Street, just a hop, skip and a jump away from our old location. It’s an old building with a ton of character and we are having a blast making it our own. It’s a much bigger space, about 3 times the square footage. We have more than tripled our retail offerings, doubled our tables and I don’t even know yet how much our libraries will expand, but boy will they!

Once we start to move product into the building we will be placing some big orders on some new product lines. All of our products will still be available on our website with delivery or pick up in store options. Also, once we are able to get our Libraries in, I’ll be updating the Library Lists. I’ve only been able to enter what I’ve squirreled away at home.

Hosted events for Members will kick off in October (moved back from September) and we are really excited about our second season. We have our Wednesday Night Game League (League), Online Versus Tournament (Versus) and the new Strategy Game Series (Ultra) on Thursday nights. They will run for 6 months straight, October through March with a different game each month. You can participate in all of them, or just a month here and there.

We will be opening up new Membership and renewal applications starting on September 1st, so that will give us time to get our current Members set up this month so you all will be ready to hit the ground running as soon as we reopen. We are shooting for a reopening date of September 22nd, but like everything in the remodeling/redecorating world, things happen, so it’s a squishy date. Stay tuned for updates!
